For a long time now, Canary Mission and other such Zionist groups have been trying to besmirch the reputation of academics who hold anti-Zionist political positions around the US, especially those committed to the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, by blacklisting them as anti-Semites, often causing them grief and professional harm.

On this page, USACBI provides a counter-space for faculty on and off the Canary Mission list to express their solidarity with BDS publicly.

We urge all faculty members and supporters of academic freedom to join with us here by making a testimonial.

If, for example, like John Cheney-Lippold and Lucy Peterson, you don’t write letters of recommendation for students wishing to study at Israeli universities, ie., institutions complicit with apartheid and the repression of the Palestinian people, we’d like to invite you to state your reasons here publicly.
