USACBI Condemns Dutch Government and EU for Silencing Palestinian Voices

The United States Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel condemns the Dutch government for deporting USACBI collective member Charlotte Kates and Palestinian revolutionary Khaled Barakat: https://samidoun.net/2022/10/eu-complicity-with-israel-in-attack-on-march-of-return-and-the-diaspora/

Kates, a member of the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network and Barakat, a founder of the Palestinian Revolutionary Alternative Path Movement, were prevented from entering the Netherlands to attend a Week of Action for Return and Liberation of Palestine.

Like the European Union, the Netherlands has a long history of supporting the Zionist state of Israel and suppressing Palestinian voices.

USACBI stands with Kates and Barakat and global supporters of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions Movement against Israel who are working towards Palestinian liberation.

We urge activists and organizers in Europe to take part in the October 29th day of solidarity with Palestinian in Brussels https://returnandliberation.org

We encourage U.S. activists to join in local actions or stand in solidarity with the October 29th protests https://samidoun.net/2022/10/29-october-albuquerque-monthly-palestine-solidarity-meeting/
