Video: Black Lives Matter, Israeli Annexation and BDS – USACBI webinar with Robin D.G. Kelley and Rabab Abdulhadi

On June 30, the US Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel hosted a webinar on Black Lives Matter, Israeli Annexation and BDS, the first in our ongoing summer webinar series.

The speakers during this powerful discussion were Rabab Abdulhadi (Director and Senior Scholar, Arab and Muslim Ethnicities and Diasporas Studies and Associate Professor of Ethnic Studies, San Francisco State University) and Robin D.G. Kelley (Distinguished Professor of History, Department of African American Studies, UCLA).  Nerdeen Kiswani (chair, Within our Lifetime | United for Palestine) served as Discussant.

The webinar was facilitated by Terri Ginsberg of the USACBI Organizing Collective, Assistant Professor of Film at The American University of Cairo. Daniel Segal of the USACBI Organizing Collective and Jean Pitzer Professor of Anthropology and Professor of History at Pitzer College introduced the event.
