For March 30th 2nd International Boycott, Divestment & Sanctions (BDS) Day of Action, CODEPINK is coordinating a series of protests at stores that sell AHAVA Cosmetics. Here in NYC, we will be at a Ricky”s store (location TBD) at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30th. D.C. will be targeting Lord & Taylor, and there will be actions in Chicago, Montreal, Austin (TX), San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Our friends in the Netherlands are going to include AHAVA in their flash mob protest of a number of Israeli settlement products. Our friends in London are now doing bi-weekly actions at the AHAVA Covent Garden store (where they generally succeed in shutting down business for several hours).
